Filing Services

First Consulting can complete all types of filings, both via traditional paper filings and via SERFF (System for Electronic Rate and Forms Filing).  We file all lines of business for all types of insurers whether a Property & Casualty Company or a Life and Health Company.

First Consulting files with all state insurance departments and with the Interstate Compact Commission.

The filing and approval services of First Consulting include preparation of all required certification forms.  Additionally, services include actual filing with the requested state insurance department and follow up contact with each department as necessary to expedite product approval. 

During the filing and approval process, periodic status reports are issued to keep you apprised of our progress.  Once approval has been secured, a memorandum is issued, accompanied by the original documents bearing any approval notice.
