Kevin’s areas of expertise include extensive experience in licensing and related regulatory compliance for Third Party Administrators, corporate amendment and expansion (UCAA) and other insurance related entity licensing, as well as policy and rate filings through SERFF, particularly life and health.

Kevin has a degree in Journalism from the University of Kansas and was elected to the SERFF Product Steering Committee where he served from 2010 to 2015.
